I realize we have not even had our secession event yet, but thought it prudent to start thinking ahead to the 150th cycle home front events starting with 1861. The first question, I think, that we should address is do we want an event that
centers around a national event like the firing on Fort Sumpter or Bull Run or a generic "preparation for war" scenario, celebration of secession, etc.?
