Christmas at Winedale

In preparation Christmas at Winedale the site is looking for demonstrators for the following:
butter churning, soap making, goose plucking, storytelling from that time period, candle making, sauerkraut maker, woodworkers, etc. They have enough textile demonstrators.

Also, they would like someone to to portray a specific character like Stephen F. Austin or one of the previous homeowners; background information will be given to you.

Winedale is about 2 miles from Henkel Square.

I would love to come to this - I know how to make candles and churn butter, but I don't have any of the equipment. Alternatively I could demonstrate period knitting or sewing/embroidery. When is the event happing and what are the particulars of it?

Thanks Victoria! It's 12-4 on that Saturday. I'll contact the site and see what they have in way of equipment. I'll send you more information as I have it.

Unfortunately I just realized that I will still be in college during this. Hope it is fun for all involved!
