In addition we need to choose new accommodations. Please take a look as the structures (accessed via the Site Information page) that are available and let me know your first and second choices. Please be aware EXCLUSIVE USE OF A STRUCTURE IS NOT POSSIBLE.All structures will be shared; we just don't have enough.

The resources will be updated soon with Travis County information. The Henkel Herald will also be given a new name.

Just to clarify, you are considered "registered" if I have your registration form and approved photo. Those who have completed the registration process will have priority on structures at the new site; I see that as only fair.

If there is a particular structure you are interested in I suggest completing your registration with the form and approved photo as soon as possible. Once you have completed registration you will receive access information to the participant page log in.

Sure wish I could get to come play with you this May. The new site looks like it has many wonderful opportunities.
