Mid March

Oh, Oh, maybe next year I'll get to play.
My choice would be Feb. or April
March would conflict with BR
Blockade could make for some interesting discussions on shortages- dam* yankees!

We could also wait until October or November then we would have the Federals occupying Galveston.
