Annette, will you possibly alter the calendar listing for the october event at Beaumont Ranch to Read "Victorian Harvest Ball" sponsored by the CWCT. this will be a full formal meal on china and linens, followed by a period Ball in a non-period airconditioned hall. the date is Oct. 9th, so the calendar list for the fall event will only be for the 9th, the other days need to be dropped.

Annette, we've had a complication with our Fall plans. Because of a MAJOR conflict with the wedding schedule at Beaumont Ranch, we've had to change our plans. the new, in stone, plan, is for a " Evening at Tara" Murder Mystery Formal Supper and Victorian Masked Ball on 30. October. 2010.
Would you please delete the 9. October date and replace it with this new one. More info will shortly be up on the website
