It appears that Pioneer Farms is also hosting a cub scout extravaganza on the Saturday of our event. Armadillo District officials said more than 200 Cubs and their parents from the Austin area are expected for the 10-3 event. Events will include a fossil/artifact dig, animal tracks and leaf molds, a rain-gutter regatta, archery, rocket launching and a hike, among other activities. Cub Scout and pins will also be available.

This will greatly impact our "immersion" event. I was not aware of this until just today through their gazette. I completely understand if this causes you to decide not to attend our event. Please let me know if you wish to no longer attend so that a decision can be made if we should still plan on this.
